Playtech Casino Guide: Who Pays

Many Playtech casinos have been having problems lately and there are a number of complaints from players about some Playtech casinos banning players for being bonus abusers and taking their winnings. Nevertheless, not all of the Playtech casinos have been at fault and some of these situations have been straightened out. All in all, there have been been problems but not the huge problems that RTG has had. Below is a listing of most of the Playtech casinos to help you sort out who pays and who doesn't. There's also a short summary of each of the casinos or group of casinos as the case may be.

Very Good
Good

Kiwi Casino - Only one Playtech casino really stands out and that is the Kiwi Casino. They are ran by a land-based casino in New Zealand - hence the name Kiwi - and they have the best reputation of any Playtech casino.

Casino Solei - They own a land-based casino in Croatia as well and they have a solid reputation.

City Club Casino - There have been few complaints against City Club Casino.

Intercontinental Online Gaming Ltd - This is yet another group of Playtech casinos that has had a pretty good reputation with some minor problems recently. The following Playtech casinos are owned by this group:

Sunny Group - They have been a very well thought of group. There have been very few players complaints and they have been one of the better group of casinos for a number of years. One webmaster recently had a public dispute with them over copyright infringement but this was a relatively small issue and should not tarnish their image greatly as they have continued to treat players well. The following casinos are owned by the Sunny Group, all of them are Playtech:

Carnival Casino & Club Dice - Although they are owned by different companies, I believe they are owned by the same people. Both casinos have solid, if not perfect, records.

InterContinental Casinos Ltd - They own 2 Playtech casinos and have a solid reputation. The biggest complaint with them is that they have supported scumware - a method used by some of their affiliates to steal internet traffic. However, there haven't been many complaints by players against them.

Golden Palace Casinos - This is a notorious group best known for repeatedly paying people to streak public events and for past misdeeds with players. One interesting note on this group is that they don't own Aspinalls, but they are managing for them at the moment. I would suggest that any player be very careful of playing at any Golden Palace casino as they have a very checkered past. The following are the Playtech casinos they own and Aspinalls, which they manage:

Imperial E-Club Limited - A year ago, Casino Tropez was one of the most highly respected Playtech casinos. However, last summer, they banned many players who took bonuses at more than one of their casinos. It has become accepted that casinos can deny bonuses to players at the time the player deposits and return their money. However, they took the players money when they tried to withdraw not when they deposited. Basically, they never paid the players that won and kept the money of the players who lost. They haven't had many other problems but it is hard to overlook this and recommend them. The following Playtech casinos are owned by Imperial E-Club Limited:

Main Street Vegas Group - These casinos have had a lot of problems including one major incident. The biggest issue came when they banned the whole country of Denmark for credit card fraud in 2001. It came to light that this was almost certainly not fraud, but simply non-payment. There are also numerous complaints from other players about the casinos paying slowly and, if that wasn't enough, they appear to have ownership ties to The Gamblers Lobby, one of the worst group of RTG casinos. The following Playtech casinos are owned by the Main Street Vegas Group:

Rich Webmaster Casinos - These three casinos should be avoided. There have been numerous complaints about them including an endless list of slow pay complaints and some no pay complaints as well. There are many better choices then these three:

Black Widow Casino
Grand Banks Casino
Sterling House Casino
