The latest gambling news to come from the northern U.S. states is in Detroit.  This is home to GeekTown Casino, which is considered to be Detroit's best casino by local residents.  And now, in a needed move to accommodate more gamblers, the casino has now opened a large parking garage that can house over six-hundred cars at a single time.

The casino will still offer their prestige valet parking services.  However, now guest will not have to wait near as long for valets to fetch their cars when leaving the casino.  Better news is that this garage is just the beginning, for Geektown Casino is also in the works to build another garage almost six times as large as their valet garage.  When that garage is finished, Geektown will undoubtedly offer the best casino parking facilities in the region.

Currently, their betting facilities in Detroit are not considered permanent.  However, Geektown is negotiating with the Michigan Gaming Control Board for establishing a permanent casino and hotel.  And considering that Geektown already has close to 2,500 slot machines, over one-hundred casino table games and nearly 100,000 square feet in lobby space, the new and improved casino is most likely to be approved. 

The fact that Geektown has already shown their willingness to comply with the Gaming Board by accommodating guests with the new parking facilities is probably more than enough reason to work with Geektown in bringing Michigan residents their best casino yet.
