Empire Poker is a sister site to Party Poker and they are the part of the biggest online poker room. You simply won't find more players anywhere. I play a fair amount here myself and although I find the graphics a little cluttered and dated, the software is fast, there are tonnes of players at all the table limits and the players are pretty easy as well. As a poker player, it's great to be able to go any time of day - 3 AM, 1 in the afternoon - and be able to find a variety of games, and fairly loose games at that. There are also a lof of sit and go tournaments and they are the only online poker room to have players at the Omaha and 7 Card Stud sit and go tournaments. If you like Omaha or 7 Card Stud, you will find that very few places have any players on these games. You won't have that problem here.

About the biggest fault I have with them is their customer support. I have found it to be a little slow and it can take a day or 2 before they get back to you if you email them. However, because of the number of players they have and the variety of games, I think they are one of the top online poker rooms.

Number of Players - There are a huge number of players on all of the limits except $30/60 but even at level there is a fair number of players.

Multi-Player Tournaments - They have a decent assortment of tournaments but not anywhere close to the number of people you would except.
Sit and Go Tournaments - $5+1 up to $200+15. They have a massive amount of people on all limits, including $200+15.
