Hampton Casino was one of the most respected RTG casinos until recently. A player won over a million dollars and they refuse to pay him saying that he used a robot, which they don't allow. However, even RTG has come out and said there is no evidence of any kind that the player used a robot. As well, they had initially agreed to pay the player in monthly installments but he had to wager the money each month before getting it. That alone is ridiculous but not paying him without any evidence, or offering any concrete proof is beyond bad conduct and litigation is pending.
